Tour Itinerary

Day#1: Gaziabad - Haridwar

Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Haridwar. Upon reach Haridwar, check in to the hotel. Evening visit Har Ki Pauri and Ganga Aarti. Enjoy dinner in the hotel, Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day2#Haridwar-Guptkashi

Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey. Drive towards to Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi, enjoy dinner in the hotel, Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Day#3: Guptkashi-Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time (Book Helicopter at your own cost, helicopter ticket booking is not included). Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel to Helipad. At arrival in Kedarnath reach Kedarnath Temple (By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek. Due to long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Later trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep to Sonprayag at own cost.) enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Day#4: Kedarnath -Sonparyag- Guptkashi

We wake up at 5 in the morning to seek the blessings of Kedarnath ji. We start early to visit them in the brisk golden sunrise; enjoy the serenity and the sacredness of the temple. Visit Kedarnath Temple. After darshan return to the helipad. Take return flight. Our driver will pick up you from helipad. (By Trek: We track down to Gaurikund. Our driver will pick up you from Sonprayag .) and drive Guptkashi. enjoy dinner, overnight in Guptkashi.

Day#5:Guptkashi – Badrinath

After breakfast checkout from the hotel & begin driving to Badrinath, Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site that holds immense importance for Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is set at 3133 meters, en-route will visit Chopta, and Chopta is popularly called as the “Switzerland of India’’ You can enjoy a splendid view of the snowcapped Himalayan peaks from here, later proceed for Badrinath, upon reach check in the Hotel, enjoy dinner in the Hotel, overnight at Badrinath.

Day#6: Badrinath – Rudraparyag/Sri Nagar

Get up early in the morning and see the beauty of the majestic Neel Khant Peak. There is a hot water spring here called as Tapt Kund, The devotees take a holy dip here before taking Darshan of the Badrinath Temple, have your breakfast and then drive to Mana Village, this is the last village on the Indo-China border, later proceed to Rudraparyag\Sri Nagar at on arrival check in hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day#7: Rudraparyag/Sri nagar – Gaziabad

After breakfast check out the hotel, Driving to Delhi, on the way. Drop At Gaziabad, Journey with smile & Sweet memories, Services end.

Booking Procedure

All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only by writing e-mail, Details required for Confirmation.

Please provide the required details along with your booking request, Clients or Group Name, Total No of people along with adult sharing the rooms and child with or without bed, Date of Arrival and Departure with flight/train details.

Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 15-10 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.

Payment Policy

Initial Deposit: 10% need to deposit to process the booking.

On Confirmation: 40% advance payment as booking confirmation.

alance payment will clear on arrival.

Payment Mode

Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), Net Banking, UPI and Mobile wallets.
We accepts all major credit and debit card where there will be an additional 3% card charges.

Note

After depositing the payment, please share the scan copy of deposit slip.

Package Exclusion

Personal and medical insurance.

Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone call etc.

Any kind of drinks (alcoholic, mineral, soft or hard and starters.)

Entrance fees, camera fee, and monument guide services.

Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Inclusion”. Adventure activity.

Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason.

The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.

Extensions of tour program or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons, Due to bad weather, road closure, Transport Strike, breakdown or any natural calamities.

Amendment

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation, However minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge which will vary from case to case.

Term & Conditions

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned and except long Holidays & Long Weekends, In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
Booking will be conformed only after receiving the advance payment on availability of hotels mentioned
In Case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system, We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Friends Tour Travel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses, During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Any Natural calamities Friends Tour Travel will not be liable for the same, no accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
All Buffet Meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
Room Heater will be provide on additional cost as per the hotel policy.
Car AC will switch off on hills area due to technical issue, please cooperate with driver.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within week to the date of arrival.
If booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person INR - 1000/-, Followed by cancellation policy
No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.
Initial deposit for booking is non-Refundablerefundable.
