Booking Procedure

All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only by writing e mail, Details required for Confirmation.

Please provide the required details along with your booking request, Clients or Group Name, Total No of people along with adult sharing the rooms and child with or without bed, Date of Arrival and Departure with flight/train details.

Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 15 10 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.

Tour Itinerary

Day#1: Delhi – Haridwar

Upon reach Delhi pickup our tour representative meets you and helps you with an assisted transfer to Haridwar by road. Upon reach Haridwar check in the hotel, enjoy dinner, overnight at Haridwar.

Day#2: Haridwar – Barkot

After breakfast checkout from the hotel & begin driving to Barkot, (Barkot is a beautiful hill station located on the foot of Yamunotri, as you drive through upon reach check in the Hotel, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Barkot.

Day#3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

After breakfast get set to ready for Darshan of Yamunotri Dham, we will driver up to Janki Chatti, Here you will begin the First Hill of Char Dham Yatra of Yamunotri (6 Km trek), you have the option of hiring Palki, Ponies or a Horse for your trek (At your own cost), on arrival in the afternoon in Yamunotri Dham Temple, take a holy dip in the Yamuna River and perform Puja, later proceed back to the Janki Chatti, your vehicle is ready for Barkot, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Barkot.

Day#4: Barkot – Uttarkashi

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed for Uttarkashi, place is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams, upon reach check in the Hotel, (Optional In the evening visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple at your own) enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day#5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

After breakfast get set to ready for Darshan of Gangotri Dham, Gangotri Dham Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshiped Lord Shiva, Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot, The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite, upon reach Gangotri take a holy dip in the Sacred River called Bhagirathi at its origin, visit the Gangotri Dham Temple & perform Puja, later proceed back to Uttarkashi, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day#6: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed for Guptkashi, Guptkashi is 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath, the town holds immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient temples like Vishwanath Temple & Ardhanarishwar Temple, upon reach check in the Hotel, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day#7: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

After breakfast checkout from the hotel & begin driving to Sonprayag, upon reach start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (you have the option of hiring Palki, Ponies or a Horse for your trek (At your own cost), upon reach Kedarnath check in to the Hotel, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day#8: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

Early morning get set to ready for Darshan of Kedarnath Dham Temple, you should be there around 4:30 am for Abhishek to Kedarnath lord Shiva, everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol, you can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. after Darshan and Puja, you come out of the temple and return to the hotel & start your trek to Sonprayag, (you have the option of hiring Palki, Ponies or a Horse for your trek (At your own cost), the vehicle will wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking & you will proceed for Hotel at Guptkashi, enjoy dinner in the hotel, overnight at Guptkashi.

Day#9: Guptkashi – Chopta – Badrinath

After breakfast checkout from the hotel & begin driving to Badrinath, Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site that holds immense importance for Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is set at 3133 meters, en-route will visit Chopta, and Chopta is popularly called as the “Switzerland of India’’ You can enjoy a splendid view of the snowcapped Himalayan peaks from here, later proceed for Badrinath, upon reach check in the Hotel, enjoy dinner in the Hotel, overnight at Badrinath.

Day#10: Badrinath – Rudraprayag/Srinagar

Get up early in the morning and see the beauty of the majestic Neel Khant Peak. There is a hot water spring here called as Tapt Kund, The devotees take a holy dip here before taking Darshan of the Badrinath Temple, have your breakfast and then drive to Mana Village, this is the last village on the Indo China border, later proceed to Rudraparyag /Srinagar on arrival check in hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Rudraparyag /Srinagar.

Day#11: Rudraprayag/Srinagar – Rishikesh – Delhi

After breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Rishikesh, en-route will visit Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh, later proceed for Delhi, Drop at Delhi Hotel / Airport / railway station, Journey over with smile & sweet memories, services end.

Cost: 30,000/- Per Person

Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason.

The service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.

Extensions of tour program or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons, Due to bad weather, road closure, Transport Strike, breakdown or any natural calamities.

25% need to deposit to process the booking.

40% advance payment Before 7 Days of booking Date.

Balance payment will clear on arrival.

We accepts all major credit and debit card where there will be an additional 3% card charges.

Amendment

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation, However minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge which will vary from case to case.

Term & Conditions

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned and except long Holidays & Long Weekends, In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
Booking will be conformed only after receiving the advance payment on availability of hotels mentioned
In Case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system, We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Friends Tour Travel does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses, During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Any Natural calamities Friends Tour Travel will not be liable for the same, no accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
All Buffet Meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
Room Heater will be provide on additional cost as per the hotel policy.
Car AC will switch off on hills area due to technical issue, please cooperate with driver.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within week to the date of arrival.
If booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person INR - 1000/-, Followed by cancellation policy
No shows and early departures- 100% of the entire day.
Initial deposit for booking is non-refundable.
